Terms and COnditions of service
HEALTH AND SAFETY
- If it's your first appointment with us, please make sure to complete the consultation/patch test at least 24hrs before your appointment. If you have not done so, please book your consultation/patch test appointment using our booking system
- Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before the appointment. If an allergic reaction occurs, clients should seek medical attention immediately.
- Refunds are not provided for allergic reactions, but a free lash removal may be offered. Lash services will not be performed if the client has an active eye infection or irritation.
BILLING TERMS
To secure your appointment, we require valid card details at the time of booking. No charges will be made at this stage; however, your card information will be securely stored and may be used for:
- Full/partial payment after the treatment is completed; or
- Late Cancellation fee of 50% cost of booked service; or
- No-Show fee of 100% cost of booked service.
APPOINTMENT TERMS
You can make an appointment from 12hrs to 90 days from the time of booking. New clients must consider that the consultation and patch test must be completed 24hrs before the appointment.
- You can cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours (2 days) prior to your appointment. This will allow us to offer your slot to someone else.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment will be deemed as late cancellation.
- Arriving more than 15 mins late for your appointment will be deemed as no-show.
DURING THE SERVICE
Please keep your eyes closed and covered while lying down for 2-3 hours. If you have any back issues that might make this difficult, let us know. The duration may vary depending on the type of service.
RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I agree to the application, removal, and touch-ups of eyelash extensions by the technician. I get that some irritation, redness, or watery eyes might happen during or right after the service.
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your doctor before booking the service.
REFILLS AND ELIGIBILITY
A refill is only applicable if at least 50% of lash extensions remain. If less than 50% remain, a full set may be required. Refills are only valid within 2-3 weeks of your lash appointment.
If it has been more than 3 weeks, a full set may be required. If you arrive with lashes that are too sparse or damaged, the appointment may be cancelled or converted to a full set.
FOREIGN FILLS (REFILLS ON WORK FROM ANOTHER ARTIST)
Refills on lashes applied by another artist are not guaranteed and may require removal before a new set is applied.
AFTER CARE
Follow the aftercare instructions provided to help maintain your lash extensions. Not following these instruction, seasonal shedding or natural lash fallout may affect retention.
NO REFUND POLICY
All services are final and no refunds are provided.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any information provided during the booking process will be kept confidential and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
